Terms of service

These Terms are a binding agreement between you and virtualstagingai.dev ("virtualstagingai.dev", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using the service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use the service. Use by anyone under 18 is strictly prohibited. If you use the service on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization, and "you" includes that organization.

virtualstagingai.dev lets you upload a room photo, choose a room type and design style, and request an AI-generated furnishing concept. The result is a marketing visualization. It is not an architectural plan, measurement, inspection, appraisal, renovation plan, or a promise that pictured furniture is included with the property.

The service creates a private account session for your uploads, credits, and results. Anonymous sessions are subject to server-side request and generation limits, and an anti-abuse check may be required before a session is created. You can link an anonymous session to a verified sign-in method to keep access to your workspace. Creem acts as merchant of record for paid subscriptions, and verified payments activate staging credits for the same account session.

We may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue the service or any part of it at any time, with or without notice.

You retain all rights to the images you upload. You must have the rights and authority needed to upload and process each image. Do not upload unlawful material, images that violate privacy or intellectual-property rights, images of people, or unnecessary personal information. You are responsible for keeping your original files.

You grant virtualstagingai.dev and its service providers a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, and transmit each uploaded image solely as needed to provide, secure, and troubleshoot the service you request, as described in our privacy policy. We do not claim ownership of your uploads, and we do not use your uploaded or generated images to advertise the service without your permission.

Generative models can produce inaccurate geometry, objects, materials, shadows, reflections, text, or other artifacts, and similar output may be produced for other users. You must compare every result with the source image before using it. Do not publish a result that hides damage, changes a permanent feature, misrepresents the property's condition, or could reasonably mislead a viewer.

Subject to these Terms, you may use the images you generate for any lawful purpose, including property marketing. You are responsible for disclosure labels, original-image availability, advertising rules, listing-service rules, brokerage policies, and laws that apply to your use. virtualstagingai.dev does not certify an image as compliant with any marketplace or jurisdiction, and you may not present a generated image as an unedited photograph of the property.

You may not use the service to violate any law, infringe anyone's rights, impersonate another person, deceive a buyer, conceal a material property condition, distribute malware, probe or bypass security or usage limits, overload the service, scrape or automate abusive requests, or generate content unrelated to the permitted virtual-staging workflow.

Generating NSFW, adult, pornographic, sexual, sexually explicit, or sexually suggestive images is strictly prohibited. Also prohibited is content that is exploitative or abusive, that depicts or sexualizes minors in any way, that promotes hatred, violence, self-harm, or harm against any individual or group, or that is harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.

We use automated content-moderation screening on generation requests and may block, reject, or remove prohibited content. We may suspend or terminate accounts that submit or attempt to generate prohibited content, and we may report unlawful content to the appropriate authorities.

Published plans show the price, currency, billing period, and monthly staging-credit allocation. Subscriptions renew automatically at the start of each billing period until canceled. You may cancel at any time by contacting support@virtualstagingai.dev; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, and you keep access until then.

Creem processes payments as merchant of record, calculates applicable indirect taxes, and issues the buyer invoice. Completing hosted checkout creates a real recurring charge, and verified payment events activate the selected plan's credits. Fees are stated in the currency shown at checkout and are otherwise non-refundable except as described in our refund policy or required by applicable law.

virtualstagingai.dev and its licensors own the service, including its software, design, branding, and documentation. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the service for its intended purpose; they do not transfer any ownership of the service to you. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the service itself, or use the service or its output to build or train a competing product.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that generated results will be accurate, suitable, available, or uninterrupted, or that the service will meet your requirements.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, virtualstagingai.dev WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (US$100) IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID US ANYTHING.

You may stop using the service at any time, and you may ask us to delete your account by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, created risk or legal exposure for us or others, or engaged in fraud or abuse. Sections that by their nature should survive termination survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the service should first be raised with us so we can try to resolve it informally.
