1. What we collect
When you use the staging studio, we receive the room image you upload, its file type and size, the room type and design style you choose, and technical request information needed to return a result, such as your IP address, browser type, and timestamps. Please do not upload photos containing people, personal documents, access codes, or other information that is not needed for staging.
The service creates a private account session for you, and we process the account session, credit balance, generation status, and private image references needed to operate the service. An anti-abuse verification check may be shown before a session is created. If you choose to link a sign-in method, we process the identifier you provide (for example, an email address) to secure and recover your account.
Our merchant of record, Creem, collects the account, billing, payment, and tax information needed to complete checkout. We receive checkout identifiers, product and subscription references, and signed payment events used to activate your plan. We do not see or store your full payment-card details.
2. How your images are processed
Your uploaded image is stored in private cloud storage, the generation request is recorded, and the image is sent together with a room-preserving prompt to third-party AI image-generation providers solely to produce your requested result. The returned image is stored privately and associated with your account.
Source and result images are not publicly addressable. They are served only through authenticated application routes to the account that owns them. We do not sell your images, and we do not use your uploaded or generated images to advertise the service without your permission.
3. Service providers
We use a small number of third-party providers to operate the service, each limited to the data needed for its role:
These providers may process data in countries other than your own. Where they do, we rely on the safeguards described in their terms and applicable law.
4. Retention and deletion
Uploaded source images and generated results are retained while your account remains active so you can review, download, and resume work. You may request deletion of your images or your entire account at any time by contacting us, and we will complete verified deletion requests within 30 days.
Operational request logs are retained for up to 90 days for security, abuse prevention, and troubleshooting. Billing and transaction records are retained for the period required by applicable tax and accounting law. When data is no longer needed, it is deleted or de-identified.
5. Cookies and analytics
We use essential session cookies to keep you signed in and to operate the service. We do not use advertising trackers or third-party marketing analytics. The anti-abuse verification check and Creem's hosted checkout pages may set their own essential security or preference cookies when shown.
6. Security
We keep model and billing credentials on the server, store images in private storage rather than public buckets, serve results only to the owning account, and verify payment webhook signatures. Generation requests are screened by automated content moderation. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information with commercially reasonable measures.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact support@virtualstagingai.dev. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and we respond within 30 days.
8. Children
The service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Changes and contact
