What is AI virtual staging?

Does virtualstagingai.dev change walls, windows, or floors?
The virtualstagingai.dev prompt tells the model to preserve walls, windows, doors, floors, camera position, perspective, and exterior views. Every result still needs human review because generative models can make mistakes.
Which image formats can I upload?
The current studio accepts JPEG, PNG, and WebP room images up to the configured upload limit, which defaults to 10 MB.
Are uploaded room photos stored?
The production service stores source photos and generated results in a private Cloudflare R2 bucket so queued jobs can run and authenticated users can retrieve their results. Neon stores job and credit-ledger metadata, while 302.AI receives the source image and prompt for generation. Final source and result retention periods still require owner approval.
Do I need to disclose virtual staging?
Often, yes. Requirements vary by marketplace, brokerage, advertising channel, and jurisdiction. Keep the original and follow the rules that apply to the listing.
Can virtualstagingai.dev remove existing furniture?
Not in the current public studio. Furniture removal is a separate planned workflow and the furniture-removal page explains the intended review process without claiming the feature is available.
How do credits work?
The app reserves a credit before generation, settles it after a verified result, and releases it after a known failure. An anonymous private session starts with one three-version sample bundle, and a verified Creem subscription adds the selected plan credits to that same account.
What happens after checkout?
Creem acts as merchant of record and processes the recurring payment, applicable indirect taxes, invoice, and hosted checkout. A signed payment event activates the selected subscription and credits in virtualstagingai.dev.
